Eric Blackwell

Eric has been investing in Real Estate for 22 years now. What started as a couple of flips with a friend has blossomed into a real estate business that has carried him for 20 years and he has owned real estate all across the country from California to Georgia.

After years of flipping real estate, he made the transition into apartment buildings. He now handles acquisitions for MF Capital Partners along with his own company.

Claudia Rowsell

Claudia is a highly successful entrepreneur who now works full time as a Real Estate Investor. After being inducted into Robert Kiyosaki’s Wealth Intelligence Hall of Fame in 2009, for her success in single family investing, Claudia enrolled with RE Mentor that same year. She was inducted into RE Mentor’s Hall of Fame in 2018 for her accomplishments in multi-family. Claudia is a Sponsor and Asset Manager in many Syndication Partnerships, overseeing 800+ units, as well as the single owner of 218 units with her husband, Rob.

Letita Reyna

Letitia, a former corporate executive turned serial entrepreneur, thrives as the Co-Founder of Montelongo Capital, spearheading its Investor Relations Division. Lindsay Daniels

Lindsay assists in sourcing new properties and value-add acquisitions to add to our growing portfolio. As an Associate of Acquisitions and Asset Management, she conducts investment analyses , performs and coordinates the due diligence process, overseeing the potential assets through the closing. 

          Before joining MF Capital Partners in 2021, Lindsay served as Senior VP at AMC, LLC which laid the foundation for her comprehensive understanding of property operations.

Danny Flores

Danny Flores is the Principal of Prime Capital Investments and other various entities within the Real Estate arena.  He spent 16 years in the building industry, from building single family homes to heavy construction, building roadways and water ways.  He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in General Financial Management from University of Southern California.  He worked for Bank of the West syndicating loans in the Middle Market arena.  He has been buying multifamily assets since 2000, where he has had numerous projects go full cycle successfully.

Who is this event for?

The Peak Partnership event is for anyone who is either currently investing in or wants to learn how to invest in Multifamily Properties. This is where the top Multifamily operators, investors, lenders, etc. come to network and create relationships to explode their growth in 2025!

What is the dress code for the event?

There’s no specific dress code for our three-day networking event, but if you want to take advantage of taking photo shoots inside Peak Partnership, you may want to dress nicely to enjoy taking photos and networking with other people.

When is this event?

April 24, 25, 26, 2025. There will be a pre-event networking event on the 20th for our Mentorship and Platinum event experience tiers.

What is the refund policy?

As you are purchasing tickets to a live event, there are no refunds. However, tickets are transferable!

Will I be allowed to record the event?

No, recording the event is strictly prohibited. Platinum level tickets will receive recordings after the event. But we encourage you to take lots of pictures!
